We have recently moved to the Santa Rosa Beach area from Auburn, Alabama. We have always wanted to live close to the beach! This is my 30th year in the classroom, but my first in Walton County.  I have taught preschool, kindergarten, first grade, fifth grade, and sixth grade. This will be my first year in third grade, and I am so excited! I have four children, two step-children, and three grandchildren. 

Education

I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Master's in Reading Education with certification as a Reading Specialist from the University of Alabama. I am a National Board Certified Teacher.

Hobbies

I enjoy crafts, remodeling projects, traveling, and spending time with family. ​
